Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychologist in New York with a focus on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. I work with people who feel stuck, whether that's from a past they haven't fully processed, a mind that won't slow down, or emotions that feel too big to manage alone. My approach is collaborative and empowering. I won't just listen and nod; I'll work alongside you to understand what's driving your struggles and help you build real, lasting change. All sessions are conducted via Telehealth, so you can access care from wherever feels most comfortable.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive-behavioral and DBT approaches as the foundation of my work, which means we focus on patterns, the thoughts, habits, and cognitive responses that keep you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and explore methods to help cope with these more effectively. I Therapy with me is active and goal-oriented, but there's also space to slow down and process the harder things, especially when trauma or grief is part of the picture. I tailor my approach to what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all formula.

What you can expect from me

Come as you are, no need to have the "right" words or a polished explanation of what's wrong. In our first session, we'll talk through what's bringing you in, what your life looks like right now, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I'll ask questions, share some initial thoughts, and we'll figure out together whether we're a good fit. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of what working together could look like.
