Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, connection, and resilience. My professional experience includes supporting clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. I bring a compassionate collaborative approach grounded in evidence based practices and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. My education and training have prepared me to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I specialize in helping clients strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being, and build healthier patterns for long-term growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, drawing primarily from psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral modalities help clients better understand how past experiences, thought patterns, and emotional responses influence their current lives and relationships. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, increase capacity for adaptive awareness, and create meaningful lasting change in a supportive and caring space.

I specialize in treating complex trauma across a wide range of functioning levels, from high functioning individuals navigating careers, relationships, and daily stressors to clients who may require stabilization and more intensive emotional support. EMDR is a primary modality I utilize in trauma treatment to help clients safely process distressing experiences and reduce the impact of traumatic memories. I also recognize the importance of comprehensive care and provide referrals for psychiatric evaluation and medication support were indicated to ensure clients receive well-rounded treatment tailored to their needs

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be warm, accepting, and a space that will facilitate trust and new found hope. During the initial session, we will explore the concerns that brought them to therapy, identify immediate goals, begin developing an understanding for their emotional reality, relationship dynamics, and provide psycho-educational support.

I approach the first session with curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, recognizing that therapy can feel both vulnerable and courageous. Clients can expect me to meet them with a deep appreciation for the bravery they display in the midst of suffering, Together, we will create a path that fosters healing, nurtures an adaptive lifestyle, increases self-assuredness, and builds the knowledge and skills for maintaining the life they desire.
