Great to meet you!

Hello! My almost 20 years of experience includes working with adults and teens struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD and different forms of trauma. I also work with military active duty members, veterans and their families. I work with women experiencing postpartum depression and menopause symptoms. I see children high school age and up as well as elderly.

My approach to therapy

Together in a safe environment we will work mindfully in the here and now, looking back at your history when we need to, with the goal of you feeling better while leading a more fulfilling life. What might it be like for you to feel happier?

Finding a therapist that you connect with can be the first step towards healing and feeling better. Whether you're suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD or just feeling stuck, therapy can offer many benefits. Sometimes there are just seasons in our lives that are more difficult than others. I believe that these seasons can provide insight and growth opportunities. If together we can look at what is causing your suffering, perhaps you can learn something about yourself and start to heal. But first you must start the journey. Say yes to that part of yourself that wants to heal

What you can expect from me

During the first session we will slowly start getting to know one another. You are free to ask me questions and I will ask you about what brings you to therapy. Most clients who come to see me feel a sense of relief starting with the very first session.
