As a Christian Licensed Marriage and Family therapist I am certified & specialize in using EMDR therapy. Certified Provider through Psych Armor to work with Veterans and 1st responders for complex PTSD. Additionally I am certified by the Board of Christian Life Coaching as a Brain Coach for Brain Health and Trauma Coach for 1st Responders and Veterans. Over 10 yrs experience working with Adults specifically struggling with PTSD, trauma related issues with symptoms of anxiety, and depression, due to traumatic life events, and substance use issues. I seek to provide each of my patients with the utmost compassion without judgement in guiding you towards your healing journey with the use of EMDR therapy.

I incorporate the evidenced based modality of EMDR therapy to provide change in reducing distressing symptoms. I also use Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT) with a foundation in Psychodynamic therapy.
