Great to meet you!

If you've been carrying anxiety that won't quiet down, moving through a big life transition, navigating new stages in life, working through grief, or having difficulty with motivation or making important decisions, you don't have to sort it out alone. For more than 30 years, I've worked alongside people figuring out how to feel steadier in their own lives: people who are ready to look at old patterns and build something different. I bring warmth, directness, and years of experience to that work.

My approach to therapy

I am psychodynamically and CBT trained and work in an integrated way, drawing on whatever framework fits you best rather than forcing one model onto every problem. The foundation is always a safe, trusting relationship. I'll meet you where you are, without judgment, and we will work collaboratively My style is grounded in evidence based modalities, including strength based and trauma focused care, so you leave sessions with practical tools, as well as insight.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on getting to know you. I'll ask what brought you in, what's weighing on you, and what you're hoping changes. By the end of the first few sessions, we'll have a sense of goals and expectations, where to start and what working together might look like.
