As a Doctorally-prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I am deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I work with individuals across the lifespan and specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and stress-related concerns, among others.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe in meeting people where they are while empowering them to reach where they want to be. My approach blends medication management with supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and a strong emphasis on client education and shared decision-making.

I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. Each treatment plan is uniquely tailored to your goals, values, and preferences—because I believe healing is never one-size-fits-all.My Strengths
