Great to meet you!

My passion is to help people. I graduated from Tulane University School of Social Work with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work. I have worked in both private practice and in community agencies providing services to people from all walks of life. I have been doing this professionally for the last 14 years. Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, and past trauma? I would love the opportunity to partner with you to overcome the challenges that you are facing today.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a different story and different needs. We will work together on your individual path to healing and wholeness. It is very important to me that you feel heard and respected in our relationship. Communication and trust are vital to the process.

What you can expect from me

I use a client-centered approach in therapy. During our first couple of sessions, you will be able to share your story and what you would like to accomplish in therapy in a warm and safe setting. Together we will design a plan for therapy and begin working to help you attain your goals.
