Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and complex mental health concerns. You may be trying to make sense of painful experiences, feeling overwhelmed by emotions that are difficult to manage, or finding that old patterns continue to affect your relationships and everyday life. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work toward meaningful change.

With 12 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker, I've supported people through a wide range of challenges, from everyday stressors and major life transitions to grief, trauma, and longstanding emotional challenges. I bring curiosity, compassion, and practical support to our work together while tailoring therapy to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative, individualized, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. Rather than assuming what you need, I'll take time to understand your experiences and what you hope to change. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, build on your existing strengths, and develop healthier ways to cope and move forward.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused approaches, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Depending on your needs, our work may focus on processing trauma, managing difficult emotions, navigating grief or relationships, reducing anxiety or depression, or developing practical skills that help you feel more grounded and confident in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what's bringing you to therapy. We'll talk about what you've been experiencing, what's most important to you right now, and what you'd like to be different. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.

You can expect a warm, welcoming environment where you can speak openly without judgment. I'll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and work alongside you to turn your goals into realistic steps forward. My hope is that over time, therapy helps you better understand yourself, feel more equipped to manage life's challenges, and create changes that continue beyond our sessions.
