Great to meet you!

I believe a solid therapeutic relationship is the best way to make progress in therapy. I am a licensed clinical social worker with certification in perinatal mental health. I work with trauma using CPT & TF-CBT. I enjoy working with chronic mental health issues, childhood trauma impacting adults, and grief. Utilizing psychodynamic principles we will explore your unconscious motivations and relationship & attachment patterns to help understand how you function in the world & in relationships.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with clients both online and in the office. I work with perinatal clients, both male and female, to address mood disorders arising from fertility struggles, loss, birth, and the post-partum period.

I have experience and training in working with trauma and loss. I can sit with you in your grief and help you find your way through to the other side of the pain.

What you can expect from me

The goal of therapy is to process painful experiences, understand your mind and how it works to protect you (and why), and to develop effective ways of coping with the changes that occur in life.
