I create a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients explore issues and improve the quality of their lives. I use an integrative style of psychotherapy that pulls from different approaches with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist and have experience working with addiction and recovery issues. Experience with emergency and trauma patients and families. I treat children, adolescents and adults, individual, family and/or couples' counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with a variety of issues including trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, depression/anxiety, mood disorders, relationships, ADHD, ODD, and addiction/recovery. I specialize in trauma of all types and I have specialized training in TF-CBT and EMDR. My work with clients is collaborative and integrative promoting a strong alliance with open and honest communication. Within this foundation clients feel safe and free to challenge behaviors and beliefs and discover new attitudes that promote change.
