Great to meet you!

“The language of the universe is change. Learn it, speak it, and the world is yours”- J. Campbell. Navigating the challenges of change that wave through our lives can bring uncertainty, grief, anxiety and depression. I will work with you to rediscover the skills you innately have to heal yourself and your relationships. Strengths-based and compassionate, I will offer my 15 years as a therapist to guide and support you along the way. You've already taken the first, brave step. So, keep on going!

My approach to therapy

During our sessions, I will listen deeply, offer reflections and help you discover a new level of understanding. Together, we will delve into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you regain your balance, confidence and inner peace.

I view my role through a lens of trauma-informed and grief-informed care. This means I respect each person's own unique way of adapting to life situations and their ability to heal.

What you can expect from me

Each session can provide time for you to share and be heard with respect and understanding. You will find a safe, welcoming space. In addition to talk therapy, we will work with breathing, mindfulness and other relaxation techniques tailored to you and your needs.

At the end of each session we can establish a plan that carries you back into your day to day life with new insights and strategies.
