Great to meet you!

With more than 40 years of clinical experience I offer a unique combination of mind/body approaches that enhance self awareness and empower people to take charge of their mental and physical health. I have a Masters degree in Social Work and am Board Certified by the American Institute of Biofeedback Technology as a Senior Fellow in the practice of neurofeedback

My approach to therapy

I strive to make people feel listened to with humor, personalized treatment planning and down to earth conversation. Using a wide variety of tools to help you quiet your mind and pay better attention, I help clients learn to reduce symptoms of fight or flight & muscle tension & better understand what triggers panic, anxiety & feelings of helplessness in daily life. I am especially invested in helping women on the Autistic spectrum feel empowered and connected.

What you can expect from me

I work very hard to approach clients in a relaxed and personable way that is purposeful. I listen and do my best to address things that are important to you without putting you on the spot. I also try my best to make every session feel as if you've learned something in a way you might not have considered before - and we do a LOT of laughing...
