Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have been a therapist for many years and love supporting and empowering clients to find their voice and navigate their challenges effectively. My specialty areas are anxiety, depression, identity issues, eating concerns, and adjustment disorders. I work with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.

I also provide psychological testing for children and adults to evaluate learning issues, behavioral problems, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

Creating a space in which clients can feel safe and comfortable talking about their concerns is one of my highest priorities. My clients say that they feel understood and supported in our sessions. My therapeutic style is relational. I integrate my genuineness and compassion with a strengths-based, solution-focused approach that is personalized to meet your unique needs. My work includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices.

What you can expect from me

Collaborating with my clients is important because I believe that the client is the expert of their own experience. We will work together to develop goals based on your needs and values. My interventions are designed to help clients gain insight into their problems and develop useful tools to make healthy changes, and build resilience in their lives.
