Great to meet you!

I have been a counselor for over thirty years. How I support clients with their personal growth and change has evolved , as have I , over time. I truly enjoy establishing a connection with the individuals and couples I work with as we together step onto the path of understanding "Self" and healing. I specialize in: How to have Healthy Relationships with yourself and others, Facing Life Difficulties, and Life Transitions (How to "feel more comfortable in your own skin").

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe we as human beings have within ourselves the ability to face and live life without self-defeating patterns. My role is to encourage individuals and couples with self exploration, assist with identifying habitual patterns, and to support them onto the path of discovery, personal growth, and change.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is that clients will leave sessions with some hope and confidence that change is possible. Growth and change is not a linear process, so clients may not always "feel better" in the moment. However, over the years most of my clients say they usually leave sessions feeling supported (not alone), relieved, and with additional insight.
