Great to meet you!

In a world where there is endless advice, online "experts" and seemingly easy fixes, it can be challenging to hit a roadblock and find that nothing feels quite right. Whether it is depression, anxiety, or just a general sense that something is “off”, it keeps you stuck. And you just can't figure out how to fix it. While I have no answers, I offer a place to pause, reflect, and talk about what’s been holding you back. And most importantly, what you want to happen next.

My approach to therapy

I help you create opportunities for change to happen. You set the stage by talking about what’s going on in your life; what's going right, what's not, and what your goals are. Using storytelling, research driven techniques, and humor, we explore the patterns that got you stuck, and what you can do about them.

What you can expect from me

While therapy is not an easy road, I believe that you have the answers within yourself already. You just need a little help finding them. If you are interested in beginning the journey, reach out today. The work is worth it.
