Dr. Debra Harris

Hi, I am Dr. Debra, I have a Ph.D. and a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).I am a relationship expert, specializing in couples and invidural therapy, which means I am a communications superhero. My therapeutic practice is not what I do, it's who I am. Nothing excites me more than coaching a couple back into communication health or helping one member of the couple change how they listen to their partner. Listening while connecting problems to solutions is the heart of my work.

I am a solution-oriented, relationship expert, It's important to me that you feel safe to share your story, so you and I will never rush to "fix" things. I am thoughtful and lighthearted, so expect a bit of respectful humor. I also use hypnotherapy--mindful meditation--to help reduce stress and uncontrollable behaviors--twitching, overeating, sweating, nailbiting, etc.,related relationship problems.

Within the first 15-minutes of our time, you will experience immediate relief, a signal that your life has begun to transform. You will feel affrimed, which means I am seeing and hearing you. My expectacy for your change will ignite a greater expectancy within you. So expect that 1) our work will be fun and productive; 2) you will reach your goal; and 3) you will have learned how to use the tools you already have to manage your anxiety, fear, or yourself without me--the point of therapy.
