Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences. My goal is to help clients build insight, develop effective coping tools, and move toward greater emotional balance, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a calm, compassionate space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. I bring a thoughtful, integrative approach to therapy, blending practical tools with deeper insight to support meaningful and lasting change. My experience allows me to adapt my methods to each client’s needs, helping them feel supported while also gently challenged as they build resilience, clarity, and confidence in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while also discussing how I work and what support may be most helpful for you. My priority is creating a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin working together.
