Great to meet you!

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), I bring a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to mental health care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing and hold active licensure in Colorado, where I practice both in-person and via telehealth.

My clinical background spans psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy for individuals across the lifespan. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorder, and women’s mental health concerns, including perinatal and perimenopausal transitions.

Clients can expect a nonjudgmental and patient-centered environment, where treatment decisions are made together. I believe mental health care is most effective when it is personalized, transparent, and rooted in trust. My goal is to help clients achieve lasting stability and improved quality of life through thoughtful medication management, supportive dialogue, and coordination of care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I believe every person’s mental health journey is unique, and treatment should be tailored to each client’s goals, strengths, and lived experiences.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive, therapeutic dialogue to create a balanced treatment plan that addresses both the biological and psychological aspects of mental health. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help clients develop insight, resilience, and long-term emotional well-being.

I view the provider–patient relationship as a partnership built on trust, respect, and open communication. I take time to listen, educate, and involve clients in decision-making so they feel informed and empowered in their care.

Whenever appropriate, I also integrate lifestyle strategies such as mindfulness, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and stress reduction to support whole-person wellness.

Ultimately, my approach centers on helping clients achieve stability, regain confidence, and live more fulfilling, meaningful lives.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my focus is on getting to know you - your story, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from treatment. We’ll review your personal and medical history, discuss your symptoms, and explore how they may be affecting different areas of your life.

This initial visit is also a time for you to ask questions and share your goals, so together we can begin to outline a plan that feels comfortable and achievable. I’ll explain my approach to care, discuss possible treatment options, and ensure you fully understand each step of the process.

You can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where you are listened to and respected. My goal is for you to leave the first appointment feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clear sense of our next steps in your care.
