Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a safe and supportive environment. I have over 15years of nursing practice experience and earned my advanced nursing degree with specialized training in psychiatric and mental health care, working with diverse populations across a variety of clinical settings. My approach is holistic and collaborative, focusing on understanding the whole person, not just symptoms, while empowering clients to participate in their care actively. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, stress-related challenges, etc, using medication management combined with supportive, patient-centered care. My goal is to help clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they work toward improved mental wellness and quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and respected. I work closely with clients to develop treatment plans that align with their goals, values, and lived experiences, using evidence-based practices to guide care. My style is supportive yet practical, with a focus on education, empowerment, and whole-person wellness. I specialize in psychiatric evaluation and medication management with psychotherapy for mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and stress-related concerns..., while emphasizing continuity of care, cultural sensitivity, and long-term mental health stability.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space to discuss your concerns, history, and goals. We will review your symptoms and past treatments, identify initial goals, and begin creating a personalized care plan. If medication is appropriate, options will be discussed collaboratively. By the end of the session, you’ll have clarity on next steps and a plan moving forward.
