I combine thoughtful medication management with supportive therapy, creating a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe in clear communication, shared decision-making, and helping you build insight and practical tools so you can move forward with confidence and stability.
Our first visit includes spending time talking about what brings you in, your history, current symptoms, and what you’re hoping to gain from treatment. I’ll ask you thoughtful questions to better understand the full picture, and you’ll have plenty of space to share your concerns and ask questions. By the end of our visit, we’ll discuss initial impressions and begin creating a personalized plan together, so you leave feeling informed, supported, and clear about next steps.
