My name is Dr. Debra Mayers a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management to patients with the diagnosis of anxiety, panic disorder, depression, sleep disorder, and PTSD. Providing care to an age group of 13-60+. I focus on Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Therapy Centered approaches in combination with medication to provide you with the care best clinical care.
