Sitting with each person is truly a privilege and honor. Hearing a story and holding space is a trusted gift I value.

I am married to a great guy. I have two adult children, as does he. We are Nana and Papa to three amazing grandsons! We love the Chiefs! We are active in our church, and we're enjoying this season of our life!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I am a NARM Master Therapist. I use multiple modalities with therapy, depending on the individual and their needs, including NARM, CBT, EFT, Christian, Person-Centered, and DBT. I work with adults. It is such a privilege to hear some of their story, injustices or recent hurts, sit in the muck with them, and find the path out of there together. We all have a story, and a few chapters we would like to rip out, but healing is always possible!

I like for clients to set Intentions and Goals and to know what they want for themselves. With that in mind, they can expect some assignments and/or homework.
