Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Debra Rice a licensed clinical therapist with over 15 years of experience. I've worked with every type of life situation, and my goal is to learn everything about what's bringing you into therapy today.

My clients say I'm a great listener, and that our work together has helped them to feel supported, see their situation from a new perspective, and find a path to move forward in a new healthy way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in the mind-body approach to therapy. Our bodies carry stress and tension just as our emotions do. Letting go of that tension is an important part of health and wellbeing.

During our sessions, we'll work together to identify any roadblocks that are interfering with your health and happiness, and make a plan and work toward your goals.

There's no need to do anything other than bring yourself to our first session!

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to help my clients feel supported and understood, with an action plan, and tools to move forward. I'll help you understand how patterns of thinking and behavior may be holding you back from living your best life.
