Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting children, teenagers and adults through anxiety, relationship stress, grief, and major life transitions. I hold a Master’s degree in Education and Counseling and have spent many years working in private practice, helping clients navigate emotional overwhelm and build steadier, more confident lives.

I currently offer telehealth-only therapy for adults in South Carolina.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding how past experiences shape present patterns. I focus on helping clients feel safe, supported, and empowered as we work together to develop insight, practical coping tools, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’d like to work toward. Together, we’ll start identifying goals and explore initial tools or insights that may help you feel more grounded. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel safe and heard.
