Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of healthcare experience, including more than a decade as a nurse practitioner., providing telehealth care for adults across Texas. I specialize in adult autism evaluations and treat anxiety, depression, and burnout. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management with a clear, practical approach. I prioritize timely appointments, straightforward communication, and helping you leave each visit with answers and a plan. Current availability for new patients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, thorough, and collaborative. I start with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your symptoms, history, and goals, then work with you to create a clear, individualized plan. I specialize in adult autism evaluations as well as providing care for anxiety, depression, and burnout, with a focus on helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing and what will actually help. My style is straightforward and respectful, with an emphasis on clear communication, timely follow-up, and making sure you leave each visit with direction and next steps.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a thorough, structured evaluation focused on understanding what’s been going on and what you need moving forward. I’ll guide the conversation with clear, focused questions, so you don’t have to worry about “saying the right thing.” Many people feel nervous starting this process and that’s completely normal, and my goal is to make it feel straightforward and comfortable.

By the end of the session, my goal is for you to have clarity, whether that’s a diagnosis, a better understanding of your symptoms, or a clear treatment plan. If appropriate, we’ll also discuss medication options and next steps so you leave with a clear direction.
