Great to meet you!

Growing up in a large family, being a working mother of 3 has taught me early on the importance of work/life balance. I have a MS in Mental Health Counseling, Licensed in the State of NY, NJ and FL with over 19 years experience working with young adults, adults, couples & families. I have experience with mental health conditions ie: anxiety, depression, stress management, substance abuse, relationships & life stressors. I thrive on building relationships & empowering others to recognize their strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy first and foremost is to build a connection through honesty and compassion. I often incorporate various modalities as I do not believe there is a "one size fits all" approach. Every person I meet is unique in their own way, therefore tailoring therapy sessions is vital to the process.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that with each session, my patients will walk away knowing they have been heard in a safe environment. That with each session, there is growth and opportunity to seek new perspectives and by building rapport and staying open to the process, progress will follow.
