I am a telehealth therapist using a strength’s-based approach. I believe helping you to set realistic and achievable goals is pivotal to a successful outcome of self-sufficiency and self-care. Working from a place of compassion, flexibility and sensitivity, I also recognize and incorporate in treatment the importance of different life factors (e.g., family, cultural and environment) that heavily influence us socially and emotionally and our abilities to cope with challenges.
