Great to meet you!

Over my career, I've worked across clinical, correctional, and organizational settings, including with the California Department of Corrections, the Department of Homeland Security, and multiple universities. I specialize in trauma recovery, workplace mental health, and resilience, and I have particular experience supporting survivors of abuse, professionals navigating high-stress environments, and individuals impacted by the criminal justice system.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach that honors the whole person, not just the presenting problem. I draw on my backgrounds in forensic psychology, organizational leadership, and clinical practice to help clients understand how their environments, identities, and histories shape their mental health. My style is direct but compassionate: I'll meet you where you are while gently challenging you to grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping to work with no pressure to share more than you're ready to. By the end, we'll have a clearer sense of whether we're a good fit and what a path forward might look like. Most clients leave feeling heard and with a bit more clarity than when they walked in.
