I am a licensed clinical social worker In Florida with 23+ years of experience working as a mental health therapist. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I treat all people with respect, sensitivity and encourage empathy toward all. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma and helping those with physical disabilities find new and creative ways to feel fulfilled and capable.
I have developed skills in working with anxiety and depression especially over my long career and my approach combines cognitive behavioral, education, psychoanalytic and solution focused therapy’s. I offer you better insight into the internal messages that guide your life.
During our first session we will look into the issues at hand and develop a plan to help you get your life back. Most clients begin to feel a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
