Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have extensive experience supporting clients of all ages, including children, teens, families, and couples. My practice focuses on helping individuals navigate trauma, build healthier emotional relationships, and develop tools for resilience. I am dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can heal, grow, and strengthen their connections with themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in active listening, compassion, and collaboration. I focus on practical strategies to support growth and healing, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help clients build resilience and achieve meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming space where I take time to get to know them, their story, and their unique needs. Together, we’ll begin building a trusting relationship and outline goals to guide the therapeutic process.
