Dee Anna Tiemann

Hi, I'm Dee Anna! I have a master's degree in counseling and development from Texas Woman's University. I am passionate about mental health and helping others. When feelings and emotions get heavy and need to be unloaded, not always do we have a safe place to do that. We fear judgement and rejection, or hesitate sharing for fear of being a burden. I provide a space for you to share, express your genuine self, and explore thoughts and ideas to process whatever's holding you back.

I have a direct approach and will challenge thoughts and behaviors that I believe hinder your progress. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and communication issues. I align with existential theory as I am a firm believer in the power of free will, choice, responsibility, and accountability.

My goal is to help clients live authentically and find peace with that which is beyond their control. I help clients set and maintain healthy boundaries in their lives and relationships, and encourage and empower them to love themselves in ways to promote self-esteem and self-worth.
