Great to meet you!

If you’re here, it’s by choice, not by chance - you are ready to make your life better. This is home if you are seeking a holistic approach to wellness, accounting for your mind, body, emotional, and social factors. My role is to walk alongside you and help you unlock the happiness and satisfaction you deserve. For 30 years, my practice has been a compassionate, judgment-free space where people finally feel seen and understood. My clients include adults and couples navigating the "heavy" seasons of life, from burnout and trauma to the complexities of addiction and blended families.

My approach to therapy

Our work together will be down-to-earth and practical, focusing on how your daily habits and stress levels shape your happiness. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, addiction, marital issues, women's issues, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life. My goal is to help you on your journey to the best version of you, and to find your joy in this world!

Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.

What you can expect from me

Having worked as a therapist for 30 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. I believe my empathy, compassion and experience allow me to meet clients where they are and create an environment for change and growth. Outside of the office, I recharge by cooking, reading, and spending time with my family and "fur babies." Whether I'm traveling to the beach or playing with my Golden Retriever, Charlie, I prioritize the same balance and lightheartedness that I bring into our therapy sessions.
