Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapeutic Executive Coach dedicated to helping high-achieving individuals strengthen how they show up across every area of life. My practice integrates clinical expertise with a holistic framework focused on Career, Social, Spiritual, Personal, and Wellbeing domains. I support clients in moving beyond survival and emotional distress toward clarity, confidence, healthy relationships, and intentional leadership. Through a grounded and collaborative approach, I provide therapy and coaching services tailored to each client’s stage of growth and readiness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in whole-person wellness. I work with clients to explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that impact how they function across the major domains of life. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic practices with practical strategies that help clients build emotional regulation, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and greater clarity in decision-making. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel challenged, empowered, and equipped to move from survival toward intentional growth and alignment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is a space for us to slow down, get honest about what’s been weighing on you, and begin understanding how your experiences are impacting your life as a whole. We’ll talk through your current challenges, relationship patterns, stressors, emotional wellbeing, and the areas of life where you may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for change. I approach therapy in a way that is grounded, direct, and compassionate—I want you to feel safe enough to be real, while also helping you gain clarity, insight, and practical direction. My goal is not just to help you process what’s happened, but to help you understand how to move forward in a healthier, more intentional way.
