Great to meet you!

With 28 years of experience in behavioral health counseling and therapy, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through many different seasons of life. I work with individuals navigating mental health concerns, addiction, life transitions, and times when life simply feels difficult or overwhelming. I believe therapy works best when you can show up as yourself and feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. Wherever you are when we meet, I’ll meet you there with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment as we work toward what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, holistic, and grounded in genuine human connection. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can talk openly, explore what you’re experiencing, and better understand yourself without fear of judgment. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I’ll meet you where you are and consider the whole person as we work together. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, gain insight, build confidence, and develop tools that support meaningful and lasting change in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know one another and for me to understand what brings you to therapy. You’ll have space to share what’s been going on, ask any questions you may have, and talk about what you hope could be different. We’ll begin exploring the challenges you’re facing and the goals that feel important to you, without any expectation that you have everything figured out. Most importantly, I want you to leave our first conversation feeling heard, comfortable, and supported as we decide where to go from there.
