Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I work with adults, adolescents, and children navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply trauma-informed, creating a safe space where healing begins with being truly seen and heard. I integrate evidence-based practices, including DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, emotional dysregulation, and personality disorders—particularly Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). With younger clients, I often incorporate play and art therapy techniques to support expression and healing in age-appropriate ways.

What you can expect from me

I will bring clinical expertise and heartfelt dedication to every session. I believe that even in painful moments, we each carry within us the capacity for resilience and renewal. With warmth, empathy, and unwavering support, I will walk alongside my clients on their path from pain to peace—helping them discover clarity, connection, and a life worth living.
