Great to meet you!

Daughter. Sister. Dog mom. Therapist. Educator. Advocate. Traveler. Life-long learner.

I've worked as a clinical social worker for 13 years in mental health and substance use settings. I work with people from all different backgrounds and support people showing up as their authentic selves. I work best with adults from 18-65, people who have wanted to address anxiety, depression, grief, trauma management skills, life transitions (ie moving, leaving workforce, divorce/separation), substance use.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach from a person-centered and strengths-based perspective. I believe that therapy is a joint journey where you are the expert in yourself and your life and my role as your therapist is to support you on this journey by providing information, skills, resources, and offering alternative perspectives.

What you can expect from our first session

After ending a session with me, my goal is for you to feel some sense of relief, hope, and plan of at least one goal/skill to practice before next session.
