Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, sleep concerns, stress, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Clients often seek care when these concerns begin affecting school, work, relationships, or daily life. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and, when appropriate, individualized medication management, collaborating with patients, families, and caregivers. My goal is to help each patient feel heard, better understand their mental health, and develop a practical treatment plan that supports improved well-being and daily functioning.

As a board-certified PMHNP-BC, I provide psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in evaluating and treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, sleep concerns, and other mental health conditions through personalized psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support.

Seeking mental health care can be an important step toward feeling and functioning better. I strive to provide a compassionate, respectful, and judgment-free space where children, adolescents, adults, and families feel heard and supported. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out and explore how we can work together toward your mental health goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe that mental healthcare should be compassionate, evidence-based, and deeply personalized. Every individual’s journey is unique, and I view psychiatric care as a collaborative partnership. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported as we work together toward healing and balance.

My clinical practice focuses on treating the whole person, not just symptoms. During our sessions, we will perform comprehensive assessments to understand your biological, psychological, and lifestyle background. Whether we utilize evidence-based medication management, therapeutic strategies, or lifestyle interventions, all treatment decisions are made together through shared decision-making.

Whether you are navigating new-onset anxiety, life transitions, mood changes, or chronic mental health challenges, I am committed to helping you regain clarity, functionality, and peace of mind at a pace that feels comfortable for you."

What you can expect from me

What to Expect During Your First Session

"Your initial intake appointment is designed to be a comprehensive, unhurried, and comfortable conversation where we lay the foundation for your care.

What We Will Cover:

  • Active Listening & Storytelling: We will start by discussing what brought you to care, your current symptoms, recent life stressors, and your primary goals for treatment.
  • Comprehensive Evaluation: We will review your psychiatric history, physical health background, current or past medications, family history, and daily lifestyle factors to gain a complete picture of your overall well-being.
  • Collaborative Treatment Planning: Together, we will outline an individualized treatment strategy. If medication is indicated and aligned with your goals, we will discuss potential options, benefits, and side effects in detail. If therapy, lab work, or lifestyle modifications are recommended, we will integrate those as well.

Your Takeaway: You will leave our first session with a clear understanding of your diagnostic assessment, an actionable initial treatment plan, and clear expectations for our next steps together. My priority is ensuring you feel heard, respected, and empowered in your care from day one."
