Great to meet you!

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step and I’m here to meet you with compassion, care, and understanding. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in New Jersey. I have experience supporting adults of all ages through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, women’s issues, substance use recovery, and more.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe in building on your strengths and creating space for you to explore what matters most, without judgment. Therapy with me is a conversation, we’ll work together to uncover patterns that may be holding you back and explore new ways of thinking and being that align with the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

In our time together, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Over time, I hope you’ll leave sessions feeling more connected to yourself with greater confidence in managing challenges and strengthening relationships. My goal is to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease and self-compassion. Therapy is your space, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
