Great to meet you!

Do you ever wonder why the same relationship patterns keep showing up, why family experiences still affect you, or why life feels different from what you expected? Therapy can help you understand yourself on a deeper level, work through grief, navigate ADHD, explore identity and relationships, and make sense of your experiences. You deserve to feel understood as a whole person, not just a collection of struggles. Real change begins when you understand yourself as a whole.

My approach to therapy

My approach is psychodynamic, direct, and open minded. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape your present, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and better understand who you are and who you want to become. From your first session, my goal is for you to feel heard and leave with a fresh perspective.

What you can expect from me

I offer secure telehealth sessions, allowing you to meet from the comfort of your own space. During our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. You don’t need to have all the answers or know where to begin. I’ll guide the conversation, answer your questions, and give you space to share at your own pace.
