Great to meet you!

I'm not accepting new clients at the moment, but I do have a waitlist available.

I hold an M.A. and Ed.M. in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, and psychedelic harm reduction. My approach is eclectic, blending CBT, mindfulness, existential therapy, and person-centered therapy based on each client’s needs. I’m committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care to help individuals navigate challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the power of connection and work to create a warm, safe space for growth. Originally from Turkey, I understand how multicultural and intersectional identities shape our experiences. As a queer therapist, I focus on collaboration, mindfulness, and compassion to help clients explore their unique challenges and move toward healing. Together, we’ll work to build a path forward that aligns with your values and goals.
