Great to meet you!

If you’ve ever Googled, “Am I the narcissist?”— you're not alone.

Confusion, questioning your reality, and unsure of what’s true anymore- if that's where you are at right now, I am a therapist that will help you make sense of what is unclear.

This is work I understand not only professionally, but personally—and you do not have to sort through it alone.

I specialize and am focused on research in the field of narcissistic abuse, substance use, and complex trauma. My clinical experience includes working with justice-involved clients and individuals with high-acuity needs transitioning from RTC, PHP, and IOP levels of care.

My approach integrates both lived experience and clinical training, grounded in systems theory, parts work, and nervous system regulation. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to share our story and begin turning inward—building a relationship with the parts of ourselves that have been carrying pain, protection, and survival patterns for far longer than we may realize.

In our work together, we’ll start by slowing things down and getting clear on your reality. If you’re questioning whether you’re in a narcissistic or emotionally abusive dynamic, we’ll gently assess patterns, reality-test what you’ve experienced, and bring clarity to what’s been confusing or destabilizing.

From there, our work will focus on helping you:

  • Build awareness of relational patterns, including coercive control and trauma bonding
  • Learn practical tools for nervous system regulation, grounding, and self-soothing
  • Strengthen your capacity for self-regulation and develop a more stable, grounded sense of self over time

My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply understood—not judged—and where clarity, safety, and lasting change can begin to take root.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, collaborative, and depth-oriented—without unnecessary fluff.

I work closely with clients to move beyond surface-level insight and into meaningful, lasting change. I keep my caseload intentionally small so I can offer more individualized care, including the option for twice-weekly sessions when clinically appropriate—especially for those recovering from narcissistic abuse or coercive control who may benefit from increased support and consistency.

Our work is active and engaged. I integrate a parts-based (IFS-informed) approach with nervous system regulation, helping you build awareness, develop practical tools, and strengthen your capacity for self-regulation over time.

For clients who desire it, I offer Christian faith integration as part of the therapeutic process. For those who do not, my personal beliefs are not imposed and will not enter the clinical space. I will meet you where you are, with respect for your values and autonomy.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to feel truly seen, heard, and understood—by a real person who gets it. Many clients begin to experience a sense of relief simply by being in a space where their experiences are recognized and make sense.

Together, we’ll work to understand the different parts of you that have shaped who you are today. There’s a lot for me to learn about you, and that takes time—but I am direct, deeply curious, and intentional in how we work. I aim to move forward as efficiently as we can, while still respecting your pace and building the nervous system capacity needed for lasting change.
