I have extensive experience and advanced training in a wide variety of modalities. I believe there is not a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I look at each client as an individual and I work hard to tailor a treatment plan based on your goals and needs. I have extensive work history in the field of Co-Occurring Disorders which requires an eclectic approach, utilizing evidenced based practices to get clients traction quickly. I approach each therapy session through a lense that draws from: Adult Attachment Theory, Systems Theory and Trauma Informed Care.
