Great to meet you!

I have extensive experience and advanced training in a wide variety of modalities. I believe there is not a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I look at each client as an individual and I work hard to tailor a treatment plan based on your goals and needs. I have extensive work history in the field of Co-Occurring Disorders which requires an eclectic approach, utilizing evidenced based practices to get clients traction quickly. Therapy with me will be productive and fun. Yes, Fun! I attempt to bring humor into sessions for levity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach each therapy session through a lense that draws from: Adult Attachment Theory, Systems Theory and Trauma Informed Care.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy with me will be productive and you will get results quickly. I want to work your treatment plan and get you to your goals as efficiently as possible. I have many tools in my toolkit to assist you with feeling better quickly. You will leave each session with concrete coping skills that you can apply for positive, lasting change.
