Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who manages and treats adults with a wide variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, PTSD, sleeping disorders, and male/female issues. I received my Master of Science degrees at the University of the West Indies, Mona in Jamaica, and Maryville University, St. Louis. I connect with people of all backgrounds.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am passionate about quality mental health care for all persons, regardless of their challenges. I support destigmatizing mental health issues and prioritizing prompt treatment and care. I understand that making this step can be a challenge; as such, I engage with my patients with the hope of building a therapeutic alliance to achieve their mental health goals.

What you can expect from our first session

In sessions with me, my clients can expect openness and honesty, calmness and reassurance. I also believe in educating my clients regarding their mental health issues and treatment regimen. They can also expect that their concerns will be addressed.
