Great to meet you!

I'm a Brooklyn-based Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I'm passionate about providing culturally competent and inclusive mental health care to people with diverse backgrounds and intersectionalities. I work with clients ranging from adolescents to older adults and specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and PTSD. I have experience addressing a wide range of concerns, including grief, abuse, familial conflict, life transitions, racial identity, women's issues, ADHD, and autism.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach and integrate psychodynamic, cognitive, and somatic techniques to target and heal both acute and chronic symptoms. When we work together, I focus on getting to the root of your struggles and building tailored, realistic goals geared toward improving your overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an initial assessment focused on building a trusting relationship while gathering a detailed history. This foundation allows us to establish your initial therapeutic goals and begin developing an effective, personalized treatment plan.
