Great to meet you!

I started my career in oncology nursing, which showed me how much anxiety and depression can affect people who are also managing their health. Now I bring that same steady, warm support to psychiatric care, helping people feel truly heard. I love getting curious about what each person needs, and I believe calm, consistent conversations can make a real difference during hard seasons of life. Whether you are facing general anxiety and depression or additional stress tied to a health journey, I want to walk alongside you with practical tools and genuine care. I am currently building my caseload and would love to get to know you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, inquisitive, and empowering. I ask thoughtful questions to understand your full picture before jumping to solutions. I want you to feel like an active partner in your care, building confidence and tools you can use well beyond our sessions together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk through what brought you here and what you hope to get out of care. I will ask plenty of questions so I truly understand your situation, and together we will map out a plan that feels manageable and realistic for your life.
