Anxiety, Depression, and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychologist and have been in practice for four years. I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma recovery, identity development, spirituality, and family of origin issues. I also have experience supporting individuals for whom religion or spirituality is an important part of their identity, and I approach this area with openness and cultural sensitivity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, grounded in empathy and curiosity. I aim to create a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight into patterns, and move toward the change you’re seeking. I’ve worked extensively with young adults and university students, but I welcome clients from all walks of life and backgrounds.

What you can expect from our first session

Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and work toward greater self-awareness and clarity. My goal is to help you develop insight, strengthen your coping tools, and feel more grounded in yourself.
