Hello. My name is Deirdre James. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas. I love collaborating with clients to reach their therapeutic goals. I earned my Master's degree at Valdosta State University.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with client's helping them to identify thoughts and feelings that affect their behavior. I focus on goal-oriented questioning to assist clients in moving into a future-oriented direction. I teach distress tolerance skills and help clients live value-based life.

What you can expect from our first session
