Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck in unhealthy or confusing relationship patterns, including those recovering from narcissistic abuse or navigating attachment wounds. Together, we focus on building self-trust, strengthening boundaries, and creating more secure, fulfilling connections.

I also enjoy working with teens and young adults who are navigating important life transitions, whether that’s adjusting to college, exploring identity, managing anxiety, or figuring out friendships and dating. This stage of life can feel overwhelming, and therapy can offer a space to better understand yourself and build confidence in who you are becoming.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and real. I show up as another human being who understands that life can be complicated and stressful. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, and work alongside you as you move toward the life, clarity, and balance you want

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed conversation where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any background that feels important to share. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, this is simply a starting point for building a comfortable, honest space where you can show up as yourself.
