Great to meet you!

I bring more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, leadership, and direct clinical care. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a deep commitment to helping people feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered. I believe that healing begins with self-awareness, and I create a space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based practices with a warm, collaborative style. I focus on helping clients understand the patterns that shape their emotions and behaviors, while building practical skills to create meaningful change. I integrate person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based methods to help clients navigate challenges and reclaim their sense of balance and well-being.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, structured conversation where we explore their goals, concerns, and what they hope to gain from therapy. I take time to understand each person’s story, background, and strengths so we can build a clear plan together.
