Great to meet you!

My practice is for someone who is looking to better understand themselves, their patterns, and the stories they carry about who they are. I especially enjoy working with clients navigating eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, or significant transitions, though I welcome a wide range of concerns. I work particularly well with clients who want therapy to be a space for curiosity and deeper self-exploration, not just symptom management. My approach is gentle, relational, and collaborative. I believe that feeling genuinely seen is an important part of healing, and I aim to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and yourself.

My approach to therapy

I bring a deep, attuned presence to my work. I approach therapy with a gentle and relationally focused lens, drawing from psychodynamic and narrative frameworks to help clients reconnect with their inner voice. I have worked with a wide variety of presentations, and my primary areas of interest are in eating disorders, OCD and trauma work.

I believe in the power of storytelling - helping clients explore, reshape, and reclaim their personal narratives in ways that foster healing and self-compassion. My work is grounded in deep listening, attunement, and a commitment to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel truly seen and understood.

Additionally, I offer in-person coached meals for local clients with eating disorders who are comfortable meeting in public.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and what has or hasn’t felt helpful to you in the past. I’ll also ask questions about your history and current life so I can better understand the bigger picture.

Most importantly, you don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. Therapy can feel vulnerable, especially at first, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest and showing up as you are. We’ll work together to identify where you’d like to begin and develop an approach that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and right for you.
